You can now reach the Standard Education support team directly from within the portal. A help widget is available on every page, so you can search our knowledge base, browse FAQs, or start a conversation with our team without leaving your workflow. Whether you have a quick question about a dashboard or need help with a data upload, support is one click away.

Assessment Uploader: ACT

Following last month's launch of the MAP Growth Uploader, we've added the same self-service upload capability for ACT assessment data. If you've used the MAP uploader, this will feel familiar: navigate to the Assessments section, select your school year, and upload your ACT export file. The system shows you a summary to confirm you have the right file before processing begins.

Once you confirm, the system validates and processes your data automatically. You'll receive an email when processing completes with links to your dashboards. Need to replace a previous upload for the same term? Just upload the corrected file and the system handles the rest.

Availability

The ACT Uploader is included with the Standard Education Analytics platform. If you're an Analytics customer and don't see the uploader in your Assessments section, reach out to us at support@standardeduanalytics.com and we'll get it turned on.

If you're currently on our SRSS package, the ACT Uploader is one of several tools included with the Analytics platform that help district teams move from raw data to actionable dashboards. Contact us at support@standardeduanalytics to learn more about upgrading.

Improvements and Fixes

The MAP Growth uploader now handles school year values more reliably. Assessment upload notifications have been updated with clearer, more helpful messaging that adapts to the specific assessment type. We also resolved an issue with assessment upload logs not displaying correctly in certain cases.
