Assessment Manager

Standard Education now has a dedicated Assessment Manager, a central hub where district administrators can manage all of their assessment data imports from one page.

Until recently, getting assessment data into Standard Education required a support request to our team. Over the last two releases, we introduced self-service uploaders that let districts upload their own MAP Growth and ACT data files directly. Before that, getting any assessment data into Standard Education meant sending your files to our team and waiting for us to load them. The Assessment Manager brings all of those uploaders together in a single, organized view.

When you navigate to the Assessments section, you'll see a card for each assessment type available to your district. Each card links directly to its uploader, and every assessment type comes with a default dashboard, so once your data is processed, you can start exploring results right away. A Recent Uploads section shows the status of your latest imports so you always know whether processing is complete or still in progress.

Assessment types that are on the way but not yet enabled for your district are shown as "Coming Soon," so you have visibility into what's next. We're actively adding more assessment types and expect to roll out several more over the next couple of months.

Availability

The Assessment Manager is included with the Standard Education Analytics platform. If you're an Analytics customer and don't see it in your Assessments section, reach out to us at support@standardeduanalytics.com and we'll get it turned on.

Improvements and Fixes

We resolved an issue with role filtering in user management that could show incorrect results in certain cases. Assessment import handling for school year values has also been improved for better reliability.
